SHIPPING POLICY

Our skilled and experienced delivery professionals do more than deliver. They will unwrap, assemble and place your new furniture in the room and assist you in seeking its best position. The delivery and assembly has a flat rate of $350 for Sydney metro areas. For cowhides, the products will be simply delivered to your door for a flat rate of $25 Australia wide.

 

Delivery fees outside of the metropolitan/regional store area will be quoted upon request. In this particular case the delivery fees are payable separately to the Carrier in cash or bank cheque at the time of delivery.

It is important that someone is at home to receive the delivery of your purchase on the designated day. No specific time of delivery can be provided. A four-hour time frame will be advised but cannot be guaranteed. If no person is present to accept the goods on the scheduled delivery day, or the delivery is cancelled on the day of the scheduled delivery day, you will be charged for the non-delivery and a further charge for the re-delivery. 

It is important that sufficient, clear and safe access is available to deliver the furniture you have purchased, as well as adequate coverings for protection on flooring. It is OH&S policy for Delivery staff to wear protective shoes.

 

Please remember that it is your responsibility to check that your items will fit through doors, staircases and lifts in their packaging before you place your order. 

If you live in a place with difficult access, please let us know. Some items could weight over 300kgs and we must make sure that delivery is possible.  

RETURN POLICY

Please make your selection carefully as we are unable to accept this product for refund or exchange if you simply change your mind or if you made an incorrect purchase. 

Returns for this product will only be accepted where the goods are deemed faulty under the terms of our Warranty Policy.
